unwanted phones calls

 The primary function of smartphones is currently f*ck** up. The primary function of smartphones is to make and receive phone calls, hence the name. But half of this process is totally f***** up. You as the phone owner should have absolute and Total control over who calls you. If you don't want those goddamn motherf***rs calling you, they shouldn't be able to call you no matter what they do. Nothing in the call logs, nothing in voicemails, nothing in notifications of any type anywhere, no record anywhere except possibly with the phone company itself, but nowhere on your phone or associated with your phone features.
