non default phone dialer apps

 So, it turns out there are 12 or more Android dialing apps. None of them does it right. They all allow anyone to call you. You can't stop them from going to voicemail. 

So, if I had money I would provide my dialer on the app store. I am a genius, my dialer app is genius. Unfortunately the world isn't ready for genius, it can only handle AI.
