health problems and life

 At some point health problem interfere so much that a person is no longer living life. At some point a person with to much degradation is a thing attached to health problems. For instance, in the Bible people with leprosy were outcasts living outside the community waiting to die. There was no cure and death was slow. It is a horrible way to kill people, but God is capable of infinite horror.

We can always pray for others and pray for God's will and go on till death comes. That is one path for a slow death process. Keep hanging on till it's over.
