God and everything

 The reason God generally doesn't answer prayers is because God has an agenda to reach the new heaven and new earth, so it's all about God. There are 1000s of people in Israel that Jesus didn't heal. Jesus healed who God told him to. It wasn't about making things better, it was about accomplishing God's plan. Also, healings did not persist to any significant degree after Jesus. God makes us sick for some reason and kills everyone.
