 A great way to reduce heater costs in the winter is to use space blankets over windows. Get extra long space blankets, at least 100 inches long. Clip them to the window curtains. If they move it means the window is drafty. Use cheap packing tape or wide electrical tape to seal the window seams. Tape or pin the edges of the space blanket to the wall. Put a rolled up towel along the bottom on the floor to seal out the cold.
