finely minced taco meat

 

To mince up hamburger for tacos some recipes say chop with a knife or spatula while cooking. These are good ways to start, but the chunks are not real small.

To get smaller pieces of meat:

Brown hamburger in a steel skillet.

Use a wheel style Pizza slicer to cut into small pieces as it cooks. Roll the slicer many times, without applying much pressure.
