AI coding assistants

 Some AI products offer a software coding assistant. From my extensive 5 minute look into the idea on the internet it appears to be in the baby phase. There is tons of hype, but the actual products are buggy, costly, and may not be user friendly. It feels like those demos where things go wrong, but the show must go on.
