Elon Musk and space travel

 

 While Elon musk is focused on space travel it seems like it would be a better use of his time to focus on space blankets. Space blankets can keep people warmer and keep people cooler right here on good old planet Earth using way less energy. 

Rather than focusing on traveling around the universe and populating millions of star systems I think that a better use of our time is to stay right here on Earth blowing each other up and threatening each other with nuclear bombs.

What would you rather do? Travel through the vacuum of space at 3° Kelvin knowing that you'll probably never get close to another star in your lifetime or stay here on Earth where we constantly threaten to blow each other up or annihilate each other with lasers or nuclear bombs?
