Jesus and miracles

 Jesus only did miracles because God told him to. Jesus appears to have had the power himself but he only did what the heavenly father told him to do. Notice that Jesus never created any new technology, Jesus never created anything from scratch or out of thin air or any kind of mechanical device. Jesus changed water to wine or multiplied food, he walked on water and brought people back from the dead. He healed a bunch of people, but he never made lightning or fire appear. He never called on angels to appear physically and do anything. When confronted with physical Force he basically appears to be helpless.
