wheel chair access

 This is critical if you are in a wheelchair, but I'm on the fence about requiring wheelchair access for all businesses and churches. It should totally be churches choice. After all, separation of church and Satan. For many buildings it requires an elevator, incurring huge costs and ongoing maintenance. It probably never makes financial sense except for medical buildings. Maybe we need more people in wheelchairs.
