 Why is the Bible written with critical information spread around without clear organization? Is it the result of a patchwork process accumulated over a thousand years? A person that had never heard of Jesus or the Bible would be hard pressed to explain salvation by reading the new testament one time. For instance, when the Ethiopian accepted Jesus and was baptized, what was he believing?
