healing power to a devil

 Jesus gave healing power to a devil. Shouldn't we get healings when we pray to our loving Heavenly Father in Jesus name? There is no indication that the disciples had varying degrees of healing power. They all got healing power in Matthew chapter 10. But in the book of Luke, Jesus calls Judas a devil. Are we devils? What would the point of that be? Don't we deserve the same consideration a devil got?
