head tax

 If I were Lord of Sherwood Forest there would be a head tax. Whenever anyone killed a buck deer they would be required to bring the head with the antlers to the castle. The head would be mounted and then displayed in my great room. Smaller antlers could be given away at the spring festival for winning some competition.
