quiet standing oscillating fans

 the direct current Pelonis standing fan is 22dB on it's lowest setting. It is silent. It's not putting out much air, but for sleeping comfort it is perfect . 

The only complaint is it turns off after 12 hours and there is no way to keep it running continuously .  

Make sure it is DC, direct current. 

Other "silent" fans are 32dB, which is not silent.
