 OK, part of this bottle is recyclable. Two parts are not recyclable. 

The bottle itself can be recycled.

The label and the pump should be thrown in the trash, according to the instructions. 

It would be interesting to know if the pump and label weigh more than the bottle.

Tearing the label off isn't too hard, it is a full wrap plastic label. The pump is a well constructed plastic device.
